SPORT SHOULD NEVER SIT OUT

Good gear.
Next innings.

Athleturn is a community sports NGO in Hyderabad. We collect used sports equipment, arrange repairs where possible, and pass safe, game-ready gear to schools and young people.

Talent isn’t the missing piece.
The kit sometimes is.

A good bat can sit unused at home while a school team shares one. We move useful gear to the people ready to put it to work, and keep good equipment in the game for longer.

Meet Athleturn
THE JOURNEY OF A BAT

From the back of a cupboard to the middle of a pitch.

01 · Collected

It starts in a cupboard.

A bat that has been outgrown, a racket from a phase that passed, or a ball nobody kicks any more gets a chance to play again.

02 · Assessed

Every piece gets a careful check.

We look at condition and safety first. Anything that cannot be made safe is set aside, so only useful gear moves forward.

03 · Refurbished

Local hands make it game-ready.

When a repair is needed, local sports shops lend their craft. A new grip, a tightened string, a stitched seam: small fixes can make a big difference.

04 · Rehomed

Then it finds its next player.

Safe, ready-to-use equipment is passed on to government schools and academies, where young players are waiting for a chance to get in the game.
