THE SHORT ANSWERS

Email us
01What equipment can I donate?

We accept usable or repairable equipment for cricket, football, badminton, basketball and volleyball, along with selected sports clothing and training gear. Visit the donate page for examples and items we cannot take.

02Does donated equipment have to be new?

No. Used equipment is welcome if it is safe to use or repair. Scuffs and worn grips are often fine; structural damage and unsafe protective gear are not.

03Where can you pick up or meet us?

We arrange equipment pickups and handovers anywhere in Hyderabad. You can choose a convenient location with the team by phone or email.

04How quickly can we arrange a pickup or handover?

We usually arrange the details within 2–3 days after you apply. The exact time and meeting place are confirmed by call or email.

05Who can request equipment?

Government and low-fee schools, sports academies, community coaches and youth programs may apply. We prioritize places where children will use the equipment regularly.

06Is equipment free?

Yes. Donated equipment is given to children and programs without charge and is not to be resold.

07Will every request be filled?

We can only distribute equipment that has been donated and checked. Some requests can be partly matched or may need to wait; the team will be honest about availability.

08Can I get a tax-deductible receipt?

This website accepts equipment donation enquiries, not payments, and Athleturn does not promise tax-deductible receipts. Please email us before making any financial contribution or relying on a receipt.

09What happens to gear that cannot be repaired?

Equipment that is unsafe is not passed on. Reusable components may be kept for repairs, and other material is directed to recycling where available.
